Greeting Cards for special occasion

I worked in a call center. The process in which I worked is Health care process. That’s the easiest process in my call center. In that process we have to en quire about the people’s health and en quire them if they have diabetes. If they have diabetes we have to collect the information about their insurance package. If they have Medicare insurance we can continue with the call. The Christmas Cards are available in the mid of the December month. There were some exceptions in this process. If they had some other insurance clubbed with Medicare we can also continue the call. But we have to be sure that the insurance must be through Medicare then only the lead is called as a valid lead. If they have Medicaid we can’t also ask them if they have Medicare. This process runs under 200 employees in my call center. We have been generating a 200 to 500 leads every day. This is what is called as health care process. There were a lot of chicks in my call center.
